Food and Beverage Manager
With a passion for service and a real understanding of how to encourage a diverse team to deliver for our guests, you will have a solid background in hotel F&B operations and become an integral part of our senior management team.
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to fulfill the objective of increased sales and is also responsible for the overall operation of food & beverage and its departments.
The Food and Beverage Manager will have:
1. Experience in a 4-star Hotel in a similar position.
2. Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
3. Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and to ensure food quality and consistency is always where it should be.
4. Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
5. Be visible during F&B outlets operating hours and remain engaged towards guests.
6. The ability to lead by example and be hands-on in your approach.
7. Multi-departmental budgeting and forecasting experience; a clear understanding of the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and bar business.
8. You are all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
