Role Details
* Role: Machine Operative - LMC Team Member (Weekend)
* Location: DS Smith Packaging, South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH, United Kingdom
* Rate: £14.49 per hour (paid breaks)
* Shift: Friday to Sunday: 06:00 to 18:00, 36 Hours per Week
* Contract Length: Temp to Perm
* Site Tour: 24th October, 2024 at 10.00 am
Responsibilities
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
* Ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
* Maintain consistent quality standards.
* Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per schedule.
* Support improvement initiatives as needed.
Essential Requirements
* Safety-focused with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
* Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Team player, quality-conscious, and adaptable to multi-skilled working.
Preferred Requirements
* Experience in production or machine operation.
