I am working with a global business in Leeds who are looking for a dynamic Change Communications Manager to support and drive communication strategies as they undergo key transformational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex communications in a fast-paced, international environment, ensuring alignment across business units and stakeholders. You will work closely with senior leaders, HR, and project teams to communicate change processes effectively and foster employee engagement during times of transition.
What you’ll be doing:
Crafting Strategic Narratives:
* Develop and deliver compelling communication plans that clearly link organisational strategy with programme and portfolio activities.
* Shape a consistent, inspiring story of change that resonates across global audiences.
Driving Engagement Through Change:
* Collaborate with the change team to understand the impact of transformation projects, tailoring communication strategies to mitigate resistance and foster adoption.
* Design people-first communication initiatives that empower colleagues and create a sense of belonging and shared purpose.
Delivering Effective Communications:
* Simplify complex ideas and create clear, engaging content that supports organisational change across various channels, including digital, face-to-face, and social media platforms.
* Partner with leaders and teams to equip them with tools, messaging, and confidence to communicate change effectively.
Building Feedback Mechanisms:
* Implement robust feedback loops and listening mechanisms to ensure colleagues’ voices are heard, using insights to refine communication plans.
* Facilitate two-way conversations to foster trust, transparency, and engagement.
Aligning and Collaborating:
* Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure communication efforts are aligned and impactful.
