Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Hybrid, On-site two days a week in Slough
Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering top talent for a major software company. You will manage the recruitment life cycle for a key Guidant Global customer, building strong, long-standing relationships with our candidates and external partners. You will act as an ambassador for Guidant Global, ensuring that our values and guiding principles are upheld in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert hiring manager experience by offering external market insights into the best talent, routes to market, and leveraging best practice methods to source talent
* Deliver a quality, highly engaging, and consultative recruitment service to clients in line with their requirements and company standards
* Take the lead in preparing and presenting detailed market insight to key stakeholders to influence the recruitment process
* Develop and continually review an applicant attraction strategy that is fit for purpose to ensure that client requirements are met
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of their business area
* Resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved
* Support the wider Talent Resource Partner Team, providing guidance and assistance where necessary
Essential Skills:
* Experience recruiting for permanent corporate roles
* Strong RPO/TA experience
* Excellent communication and market awareness
* Proven stakeholder management experience
