In addition to general support tasks, you will be expected to deliver a wide range of bespoke services within SLA, deal with suppliers effectively and in line with customer expectations, manage your workload to ensure deadlines are met across multiple accounts while building and maintaining rapport with new and established clients.
Key Account Managers (KAM) are responsible for delivering the highest level of direct support to our largest and most complex accounts. You will work closely with key decision makers and stakeholders as a dedicated point of contact while providing a wide range of bespoke services and technical support, including invoice validation, energy budget reports and supply management.
The role helps in achieving strategic outcomes for the business by offering high standards of service to those customers who invest significant time, money and resource into their energy strategy. Deliver a variation of high-level services to energy portfolios operating in a wide range of sectors
Establish and manage relationships with a wide range of suppliers, contractors and 3rd parties
Support customers with non-additional services like site works, water and energy reduction
Provide in depth advice and support to our clients for a range of energy needs.
Identify metering issues and potential savings through Meter Operator Contracts and Data Collection Services
An in depth understanding of the commercial energy market
Experience dealing with small, medium and large commercial clients
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer support
Good understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
