We are seeking to appoint a term time only (37 hours per week), permanent, Student Behaviour Support to commence as soon as possible.
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, inspiring and motivated individual to join our school. You will have the ability to engage students in their learning and promote positive relationships and behaviour. Through using your initiative, you will support the development of our students’ experiences and contribute to the schools’ continued success.
You will be expected to
• Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and mentor, setting high expectations.
• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom.
• Support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
• Work under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher and behaviour lead, promote and ensure high standards of behaviour with students in inclusion spaces within our school, and supporting students in developing strong behaviours for learning across the school.
• Liaise with the pastoral team, SENDCo, and parents to provide strategies to promote learning and excellent behaviour.
