Order Management: Process and manage export orders, aligning with production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage all export documents, ensuring compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
Logistics Coordination: Arrange and monitor international shipments via sea, air, and road transport; collaborate with freight forwarders and warehouses.
Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for international clients, providing updates and resolving any order or shipment issues.
