SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic sales organisation who are looking for a HR Business Partner to come and join their team over in Warwick. This is a fantastic position for someone who is strong minded, emotionally inelegant with a creative flare We are looking for someone who will be able to positively influence senior members of the business from board members, stakeholders and SLT teams. The ideal person will be a confident and firm communicator but also approachable to supportive with day to day HR. This is a mix of strategic and operationally focused HR and you will be getting involved with; - Supporting managers with the design and implementation of business structures - Management of recruitment needs - Lead on more complex employee relations cases and assist with the development of management - Maintain and update company policies - Various project work from well-being, leadership and more - Drive and support the learning and development requirements And more This person will have brilliant progression opportunities and be able to shadow the Head of HR within their role with the potential to be a strong successor. Some of the key skills / qualifications we are looking for include: - Demonstrable experience working within a senior HR position in both strategy and operational. - Strong experience in creating innovative HR solutions and writing policies - A creative and innovative character - Confident, firm and influencail communicator - Management of ER case work and strong stakeholder management experience - Ideally CIPD 5 qualified or similar - Up to date working knowledge of HR employment law Based in Warwick 4 days in 1 day from home - with flexible hours and a early Friday finish, other benefits include; bonus, private healthcare and generous pension scheme.
