Title: Repair Manager
Location: South West England, Cardiff, Bristol.
We are now looking to recruit a talented and ambitious individual to lead our Repair business across the south west of England covering cities such as Bristol, Bournemouth, and Cardiff.
As a Repair Manager, you will:
1. Develop and manage a plan to deliver on monthly targets in line with Company repair processes.
2. Ensure works surveys are carried out in a timely manner and plan activities with customer representatives.
3. Optimise opportunities for additions to contract with regard to cost and time.
4. Ensure work is carried out to a high standard to customers’ satisfaction.
5. Identify opportunities for field and process efficiency by regularly monitoring and reviewing KPIs, material spend, and labour hours.
6. Ensure monthly margin, volume, and efficiency targets are achieved on repair works.
7. Provide accurate forecasting using the monthly repair planner.
8. Recruit, manage, and lead the Repair team in order to improve overall performance levels and develop necessary talent.
9. Assess team’s skills and drive improvement to close skill gaps.

To be successful in this role you will:
1. Be a Lift Industry Professional with a strong technical and repair background.
2. Demonstrate the ability to over-perform and show the leadership skills required to develop the repair team.
3. Have a strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of P&L.
4. Be able to demonstrate a background in strong planning, forecasting, and project experience.
5. Have a track record in successfully managing field-based engineers.
