The aims and ethos of NW Counselling Hub is to make Counselling and Mental Health Support as accessible for as many people in the community as possible by removing barriers to accessing this support.

Our Vision
NW Counselling Hub CIC (NWCH) provides a central hub to support children, young people, adults, families and couples within Lincolnshire.
The hub delivers essential support for counsellors via training, CPD, networking, supervision, an open-door policy and support.
Position: Counsellor/Therapist
The candidate will work with adults, young people, and children. They must be a member of a relevant professional body with experience of working therapeutically with these groups.
The candidate must be able to work with children and young people as well as adults and be willing to work with people who have experienced sexual abuse.
The successful candidate will provide evidence of their training, experience, and ethical practice. They will need to work independently, effectively, and be superbly organised. Reliability is paramount due to the nature of the work and the therapeutic relationship.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in both face-to-face and remote counselling capacities; however, we will consider each application.
Details:
* Sub-contracted position
* Rate of pay: £21 per session
* Evening availability is essential for at least one evening per week
* Up to 24 hours per week dependent on demand
Experience:
2 years post-qualifying experience required.
Education:
Level 4 Diploma required.
