Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the Plant Payrolls are processed accurately, meeting payroll and SOX deadlines.
2. Monthly pension reconciliations and submissions.
3. Raise 3rd party payments ensuring they are paid on time.
4. National Statistics reporting.
5. Ensure payroll processes and procedures are maintained to meet SOX compliance.
6. Support year end procedures including P11d submissions.
7. Support Audit requests – internal & external.
8. Support Payroll Projects as required.
9. Support key stakeholders as required.
10. Mentor Payroll Coordinator.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. CIPP and advantage.
2. Manual payroll calculations.
3. Intermediate Excel – minimum.
4. Organised with attention to detail.
5. Previous shared service experience an advantage.
6. Able to analyse and reconcile data.
7. Finance – journals & balance sheet reconciliations.
