Our clients are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator in their busy office in Birmingham. You will be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors.
You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive impression while providing critical administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The Role
Warmly welcome and assist all visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-attended.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries or redirecting them as needed.
Provide essential administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and managing mail.
Act as a liaison between clients, tenants, and our property management team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Assist with day-to-day office operations, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining a tidy reception area, and handling general administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records of tenant information, property documents, and correspondence.
Support the team with basic property management duties, including tenant correspondence, processing work orders, and updating property management software.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in the property, real estate, or related sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management software is an advantage.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve basic administrative issues as they arise.
