About the Role:
Join our team as a Service Engineer covering London and Home Counties. Bringing your years of experience to the role, you'll be prepared to undertake a range of crucial tasks for our valued clients. You will work on various types and makes of Patient Hoists, Stairlifts, Domestic Lifts and similar technical specialist equipment such as Beds and Baths.
Key responsibilities include:
* Attending maintenance visits and emergency call-outs.
* Installing various specialist equipment.
* Conducting fault finding and problem-solving.
* Delivering excellent customer service.
* Working independently and as part of a team.
The Person We're Looking For:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* A very good level of relevant experience (4+ years in maintenance within our industry).
* Commitment to deliver excellent customer service.
* Good problem-solving skills and fault-finding experience.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to work without supervision.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* A full, clean driving license is essential.
You will also require good verbal & written skills – our customer base includes the elderly and less able. As such, you will need patience and empathy to be able to communicate findings with them.
