The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator shall be home based and will be responsible to plan and schedule the Field Service Engineers work, provide service support, liaise with customers plus the engineering team. The successful Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator will ideally have experience in coordinating, scheduling, service support, booking goods in or similar customer service role. Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers. Inputting orders, ordering parts and scheduling field service work. Responsible for chasing spare parts orders, approving supplier invoices, booking goods in. Complete daily shift reports and assist the Operations Manager Liaise with various engineering departments. Full training provided. Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Requirements Experience working in in coordinating, scheduling, service support, booking goods in or similar customer service role within engineering. The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers. Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Technical Engineer, Sales Administrator, Inventory Controller or similar. Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft office.
