Have excellent communication skills, via telephone, letters, Microsoft Teams and via e-mail Be confident in communicating at all levels Motivated and forward thinking Be organised, flexible, adaptable and somebody who can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines More about the People Services Administrator role Facilitate, track and ensure completion of the Probation process for all joiners to the Company Co-ordinate invitations to the Vistry Induction Meeting for all new joiners and support with Welcome Info/Onboarding guidance Ongoing maintenance of Employee files Right to Work Audit - ongoing as scheduled Maintenance of job posts within the HR System, to include consistency of naming format and deleting leavers posts where necessary Regularly update and audit Locations within the HR system Ensure accuracy of all Employee data within the HR system Resolution of all absence related enquires and input/upload to HR system as required Monitor, resolve and respond to emails received into dedicated People Services group mailboxes Monitor and action/resolve enquiries through the Case Management portal Co-ordinate the Long Service Award process Produce and cascade regular business reports Ongoing housekeeping for HR Systems and HR SharePoint site Ad Hoc Duties Finally, let's tell you a bit more about us We build more than homes, we're making Vistry.
