This reputable firm provides top-tier services to a wide range of clients. They are seeking an experienced Payroll officer to join their Office based in Wigan. Description As a Payroll Officer you will be responsible for: Oversee and manage payroll processes and employee data in the system. Ensure accurate and timely payroll, including salaries, benefits, and deductions. Liaise with employees and managers to resolve payroll queries. Maintain and update payroll records. Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements. Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department. Prepare reports for senior management, when required. Profile A successful Payroll Administrator should have: A solid understanding of payroll systems and procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong numeracy and data entry skills. Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
