Our client a dynamic nationwide management business, is seeking a positive, hard-working, and energetic individual to join their team as a full-time administrator. You will be providing full administration support to the audit and enforcement team. The Role: Manage customer accounts by adding and editing information.Address customer queries related to their accounts.Maintain and update site information and tariff details.Handle invoicing and credit transactions. Audit:Enter income data into spreadsheets.Regularly check pay machine activity and identify any faults.Conduct occasional on-site audits at car parks.Resolve and report income discrepancies.Administer secure cash collections.Enforcement/Parking Charge Notices Process new PCNs and handle appeals.Assist colleagues and customers with PCN-related issues.Manage debt recovery inquiries.General Responsibilities:Handle customer emails efficiently.Skills and Abilities Required: To succeed in this role, you must: Why You? Demonstrate strong customer service abilities.Be proficient in using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).Have good numeracy and data input skills. What's in it for you?
