Job Opportunity: Residential Property Solicitor/Associate (2-5 PQE)

We are currently working in partnership with a leading law firm to recruit a talented Solicitor/Associate to join their well-established Residential Property team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a passion for residential property law to join a forward-thinking firm that offers strong career development and a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including conveyancing for first-time buyers and clients with property portfolios.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations regarding options, outcomes, risks, and timescales.
* Scope fees for existing clients and grow your internal and external network of clients and intermediaries.
* Enhance the firm's profile by attending networking events, writing publications, and speaking at seminars.
* Take responsibility for managing delegated aspects of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members, offering technical and business advice.
* Track progress against KPIs and contribute to budgetary management of client matters.
* Apply business processes effectively to ensure efficiency and service delivery.
* Stay updated on changes in the legal sector and apply this knowledge to client matters.
Skills, Experience, and Attributes
* 2-5 PQE as a qualified fee earner with experience managing a residential property caseload.
* Strong client management skills with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
* Ability to work autonomously and delegate work effectively within the team.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
* A proactive approach to business development and personal branding.
