The SEUK Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Business is part of a new dedicated European AC business called Climate Solutions (SEACE). The UK is one of the biggest markets in Europe and there has been significant investment in personnel and products to prepare the business for substantial growth. Combined with the release of a number of unique and exciting products into the market, the UK AC & Heating business is in a great position to capitalize on the opportunities the UK market offers.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
SCM Co-ordination – Order Desk
* Enter customer orders onto SAP and facilitate deliveries from UK & SDS warehouses in conjunction with SEACE/SDS.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and keep them informed of delivery schedules and accurate stock availability in a timely manner.
* Actively manage delivery dates on SAP and Order book and ensure all deliveries are planned as required by the customers.
* Chase through associated approvals generated by the system to ensure customers receive their goods on time.
* Create returns – coordinate and raise approvals in SAP and liaise with Warehouse team and customer.
* Assist in any Invoice queries/Credits using invoicing portal and SAP.
* Monthly meetings with Sales Account Managers to update delivery dates and keep accurate rollout plans.
* Liaise with SEACE/SDS on missed deliveries requirements and resolve with customer.
Business Administration
* Daily sales reporting to sales team and Order desk manager.
* Provide administration assistance to the UK Head of Air Conditioning or Commercial Operations Manager as required.

* PC literate with a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Outlook.

* Operational use of SAP Business Software.

* Good project management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
* Professional manner and attitude.
* Knowledge of finance.
* Strong relationship building skills.

* UK operational experience in AC industry.
* Advanced SAP Business Software skills.
