About the Role:
The Oaklea Trust is committed to delivering high-quality mental health services, and we are seeking a skilled Mental Health Assistant to join our team. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will provide essential support and guidance to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing emotional support and guidance to service users
* Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
* Encouraging independence and self-advocacy skills
Requirements:
* GCSEs or equivalent in relevant subjects
* Experience working with vulnerable adults
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
