Product Manager, Investment Platform – PE-Backed Challenger Bank – FTC – Remote Our client is a PE-backed Challenger Bank, a forward-thinking institution going through rapid digital transformation. They seek a hands-on, innovative product manager ready to build a cutting-edge investment platform on a two-year fixed-term contract. The client is building a private/merchant banking service on their Temenos T24 system with an investment product, prioritizing Straight Through Processing (STP) for institutional clients like holdcos, funds, asset managers, and digital asset treasuries. Our client requires a Product Manager who understands the entire journey from front-end features (e.g., charting, chatbots) to critical execution capabilities (STP, order routing, and settlement). While front-end elements like UI, website orders, and CRM are important, back-end execution is critical. The day-one priorities are timely, industry-standard execution, not retail-oriented enhancements. The successful candidate will be a Platform Product Manager from a Wealth or Asset Management firm, Private Bank, OMS Platform, Online Brokerage, Trading Platform, etc. Experience & Skills: Proven track record in product management within banking, particularly having previous experience as a product leader for an investment platform for a specialist bank or fintech platform. Hands-on experience delivering complex digital propositions in fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of investment platform workflows, including client input, trade execution, and regulatory processes. Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Expertise in products built on core banking systems, with experience in Temenos T24 highly desirable. Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering client-focused solutions. Effective communicator and collaborator with a knack for influencing across organisational levels. Proficiency in optimizing operational processes for efficiency and compliance. This is a remote role, remunerated on an annual fixed amount, outside of IR35, which can be invoiced via a LTD company.
