We’re looking for a People Partner to join our team and be at the heart of our people strategy.
In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate closely with site leaders, managers, and our HR team to shape a thriving, inclusive culture that empowers our people to succeed. You will own the HR strategy acting as a consultative subject matter expert, playing a key role in shaping the employee experience, driving business performance, and fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.

As our strategic HR partner, you will:
* Shape the future of work at Ocado by driving key HR initiatives, including performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
* Collaborate with site leaders to optimize the employee experience and leverage data analytics to drive business results.
* Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement innovative strategies in leadership development, talent management, diversity, and inclusion.
* Lead and execute regional HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting a positive employee culture.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

About You:
You will be a data driven people partner, with strong influencing skills. You should be an excellent problem-solver with analytical skills, able to translate operational goals into HR actions.
Broad experience as a generalist HR professional including a working understanding of employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement. Strong communication skills are key, as you'll work across all employee levels, while your leadership, stakeholder management, and people management abilities will drive HR initiatives effectively.
Strong organisation, prioritisation, and networking skills are essential, as is experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR databases is required, along with flexibility in working hours, and a full driving license. A CIPD qualification is desirable.
