As part of Hillarys, a division of the Hunter Douglas group of companies, you will contribute to the digital analytics for a global portfolio of over 30 brands. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and fast-growing industry.
You will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data from web analytics and digital campaigns, providing valuable, actionable insights to optimise the customer journey. A solid understanding of Google Analytics will help you hit the ground running, though full training will be provided. You’ll also collaborate with our contacts at Pinterest, Meta, and Google to create innovative ways to track and measure media performance on our websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Analytics & Tagging: Develop and maintain digital analytics metrics, tracking, and tagging for website traffic across multiple brands.
Cookie Consent Management: Ensure compliance with evolving privacy regulations and manage cookie consent for various digital properties.
Reporting & Visualisation: Generate reports and visualisations that offer actionable insights into user behaviour, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
Performance Optimisation: Assist in improving digital performance through A/B testing, conversion funnel analysis, and recommended optimisations.
Analytics Configuration: Configure tools such as Google Analytics 4 to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams including Web, SEO, PPC, Insight, and Social to align data analytics with broader marketing strategies.
About You:
Analytical Mindset: A natural problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude, comfortable with interpreting and analysing complex data sets.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in ensuring compliance and accuracy in data collection.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
Technical Know-How: A solid understanding of Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is a plus, though full training will be provided.
