About the Role As Weekend Shift Technologist, you'll support the quality and food safety agenda on site. Working Saturdays and Sundays, you'll oversee a small team of Quality Control Operatives, ensuring raw materials and products meet the highest standards. You'll assess potential risks, investigate issues, and escalate where necessary. It's a varied role where no two days are the same - and we'll provide full training. Key Responsibilities Supervise QC Operatives and quality checks on raw materials and production Identify and escalate food safety and quality issues Conduct micro swabbing and taste panels Carry out temperature validations and assess out-of-spec ingredients Support investigations into customer complaints About You You're reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently. You take pride in doing things properly and understand the importance of food safety and quality.
