About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join our clients dynamic team as a Fall Protection Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a growing company with an increasing demand for fall protection services. You will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of fall protection equipment across various sites throughout London and the UK. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on fall protection equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, company policies, and current regulations. Perform remedial works and new installations of fall protection systems. Act as an ambassador for the company, delivering high standards of customer care. Address customer queries and relay them to office staff as necessary. Complete all relevant paperwork accurately, including engineer reports, test certificates, and service sheets. Essential Skills: Strong adherence to safe working practices and ability to follow job instructions. Reliable with excellent organisational skills. Effective communication skills. Capability to work at height. Familiarity with BS7883:2019 standards. Numerate and literate with keen attention to detail. Flexibility and a positive attitude towards working away from home when required. Full clean manual driving license. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure. Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Benefits: Competitive salary with a 38.5-hour paid working week. Paid lunch break.
