Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an Insurance Client Executive to join their company.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.
A competitive salary is on offer plus bonus, depending on experience.
This role is working from home, as you will be on the road meeting clients. You will have access to the office in Malton or Hull if needed.
Duties:
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, offering them accurate, independent insurance advice and support
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, colleagues and insurers to ensure clients are comprehensively covered
Negotiate with insurers to provide clients with a comprehensive insurance programme and value for their premium
Develop business by identifying and developing opportunities for both new and existing clients, with the support of our marketing team where needed
Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products and current sector conditions
Monitor and report on performance against agreed targets and objectives
Work effectively as part of the team, collaborating with Account Handlers, Claims Handlers and other Account Executives to help achieve the wider company goals
Requirements:
Working knowledge within the insurance industry with understanding of a range of insurance products
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer literacy & numeracy skills
Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with both colleagues and clients
Self-motivation, drive and enthusiasm
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
