SEN Teaching Assistant – South Harrow (September 2025 Start)

The Role:
A full-time role, Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 3:30
✅ Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
✅ Assisting the teacher in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment
✅ Helping students build confidence, independence, and essential life skills
✅ Working closely with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to ensure each child’s needs are met
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language needs, etc.)
✔️ A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ A passion for helping children thrive and reach their full potential
✔️ Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma, or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
