Job Description An established and well-regarded organisation in the higher education sector is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support complex casework and organisational change during a period of transformation.
This 12-month fixed-term contract is ideal for an HR professional with extensive experience in complex employee relations casework, legal risk management, and organisational change. The role requires a strategic advisor who can influence senior stakeholders and provide expert HR guidance in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex and high-risk employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and best practice
Provide expert guidance on employment law, grievances, disciplinaries, and disputes
Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning
Identify and mitigate legal and reputational risks in casework and HR processes
Influence and advise senior stakeholders on complex HR matters
Coach and develop managers on effective people practices
