As a children’s nurse, trained in the care of children and young people with childhood TB, there is an exciting opportunity to work within the dedicated and dynamic multi-professional team here at SASH.
You will be offering support that bridges the home, school, and hospital settings covering inpatients, clinics, and home/school visits for children and young people mainly living in East Surrey and Sussex.
You should be RSCN/RN child, have a current live PIN on the NMC register, and a nursing degree or willingness to work towards it.
