Key Account Manager in Birmingham
Newstaff Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a Key Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional support and client satisfaction.
2. Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, targeting unrestricted areas and industries.
3. Work closely with the Group Sales Director to meet sales goals, converting leads into long-term client relationships.
Essential Skills and Experience:
1. Proven track record in client relationship management, sales, and project design within the fire and security sector.
2. Experience in product and service development.
3. Highly self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficient in client acquisition and relationship-building.
