Thanks to our growth plans for the US and Americas regions, we are now hiring for several positions:
1. Equipment Operator/Inspection Technician: This role will involve both onshore and offshore work patterns and the individual is responsible for performing and supporting on-site inspection services, load testing of Client assets, and product change-outs, ensuring effective communication is maintained between various stakeholders.
2. HR Coordinator: As part of the HR team at Motive and reporting to the HR Team Lead, the HR Coordinator will take ownership of required tasks, be proactive, and build strong trusting relationships quickly.
3. Technical Sales Manager: The Technical Sales Manager will carry out sales activities on assigned clients and generate and qualify sales leads to meet company objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction is in accordance with the Motive Offshore Quality Management System.
4. Sales Administrator: You will provide administrative support to stakeholders, dealing with correspondence professionally, contributing to the efficient coordination of all Sales Enquiries and Order Confirmations.
5. Sales Executive: In this role, you will carry out sales activities on assigned clients, generate and qualify sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction, with potential travel within the UK and overseas.
6. Workshop Technician: The Workshop Technician will provide operational support to ensure smooth transition and running of active jobs, verifying that all tasks are completed as per the Work in Progress list, in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines.
7. Personnel Logistics Coordinator: This role will act as a focal point for the coordination of project personnel logistics, offshore field personnel, clients, and the delivery team regarding mobilisations and crew changes.
8. Operations Manager: The Operations Manager for APAC is responsible for effective planning of internal and external projects, ensuring team members are trained to execute projects within a timely and cost-effective manner, managing and reviewing projects, and liaising with stakeholders to encourage repeat business.
