HR Programs, Policy & Inclusion Consultant

Engage stakeholders across the globe to drive and develop aligned programs. Drive positive change surrounding D&I, WH&S & Wellbeing. Fixed term role, salary circa $140k (incl super) + bonus.
We're partnering with a highly regarded financial services firm that is undertaking strong, global growth. Due to an internal secondment, they are seeking somebody on a 10 month fixed term opportunity to support the design, development, implementation and management of identified global Employee Relations, Policy, Inclusion, Safety and Wellbeing programs and initiatives.
Reporting into the Director, Inclusion, Employee Relations & Policy, some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the broader People team and business leaders with relevant legislation and applicable policies in each global region. As a member of the Inclusion, WH&S, Employee Relations and Policy CoE, you will provide consultative advice and recommendations to support the team and business as they navigate through their case management and day-to-day operations.
* Partnering with the business and broader team on D&I, WH&S and wellbeing strategies. This includes drafting programs and policies, building external partnerships, and broadening the current strategy across multiple diversity pillars.
* Providing coaching and support to business leaders.
* Working with the broader team to make recommendations and adjustments to current programs in line with HR best practice.
To be considered for this role we ask you to have:
* Generalist HR experience that also includes dedicated experience in policy design and implementation.
* Knowledge of HR best practices within a CoE setting will be preferable - demonstrated capability engaging a broader people function and dispersed workforce.
* Very strong project coordination and project management skillset, with examples where you have previously designed and led people programs/projects.
This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne and offers a flexible work environment combining time at home and in the office.

Salary Range : $135,000 - $145,000
