Team Administrator/Planner
Location: Gloucester
Salary: Up to £24,250 DOE

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and schedule appointments and diaries
2. Respond to customer calls/emails and confirm appointments
3. Update the system and records
4. Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise
5. Provide general admin support for the team
The person:
1. Administration experience; scheduling experience is desirable
2. Diary management experience
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
5. Good attention to detail
6. Strong IT skills
The salary is up to £24,250 DOE. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
