We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:
Development
* Design and implement system architecture, including detailed project specifications
* Modify existing software to fix errors, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces
* Direct system testing, validation procedures, and oversee release strategies
* Collaborate with management and technical experts to ensure application security
* Stay current with new technologies and contribute to technical documentation
Project Reporting
* Manage project scope and user requirements in collaboration with management
* Delegate tasks to team members and ensure project deadlines are met
* Monitor and report on project specifications, activities, and status
* Oversee time tracking and reporting for team members
Client Support
* Provide client support in line with company customer charter
* Set realistic expectations while working closely with clients
* Act as point of escalation for high-complexity support cases
* Drive all support cases towards resolution

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar experience (desirable)
* Experience working on a variety of software development projects
* Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to plan and develop unit testing for individual code components or complete applications
* Strong understanding of server configuration and system administration
* Knowledge of the software development life-cycle
* Deep programming language knowledge, C# .NET, Web API, SQL
* Knowledge of Blazor would be advantageous
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* People-centric approach & service
* Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues
