Project Manager - Energy Efficiency – Based Blackburn
Hybrid Working – 2 days office - 3 days working from home.
Candidate must hold a UK driving license with own vehicle.
Basic Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, excellent benefits including quarterly bonuses, regular performance pay reviews, additional training, and career development.

As a Project Manager – Energy Efficiency, you will have a minimum of 3 years work experience in a technical or engineering role within a non-academic environment and hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Any project management qualification in PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the energy management and account management team. You will focus on the organization, distribution of work streams, and management of suppliers of energy efficiency projects within the team’s Electric Mobility as a Service (EMaaS) clients, as well as tracking the continuous workflows from various contracts and projects.
As a Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects and workflows for our clients and be tasked with the development and implementation of monitoring verification reports for current and future clients and their delivered projects.
Candidate Skills
• Experience of using any of the following Project Management Tools: project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project, Teams Planner Time Management.
• Possess excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts with knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong diligence and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and monitoring project deliverables.
• Good critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues and ensure project goals are met on time.
• Able to work collaboratively within diverse teams to achieve common project goals.
• Able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities with a flexible approach.
• Consistently monitor and verify reports on delivered projects and engage in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
Duties
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project schedules.
• Monitor and track project tasks to ensure deadlines are met and project goals are achieved.
• Identify and address potential issues and roadblocks, collaborating with the team to find effective solutions.
• Assist in the allocation and management of resources to ensure efficient project workflow.
• Support the energy team management to maintain high-quality project deliverables through careful review and strong attention to detail, delivered through the development and reporting of consistent monitoring and verification reports on delivered projects.
