Handle policy renewals for existing customers through outbound calls. Address customer queries and concerns during sales or renewals calls, ensuring a positive experience. Follow complete sales and renewals processes, ensuring accurate completion of payment details and compliance with FCA Regulations and GDPR. Maintain a positive working relationship with customers, working collaboratively to deliver the right outcomes. Ensure adherence to all compliance and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in telephone sales High motivation and a passion for sales. Computer literacy with the ability to multi-task and use multiple systems simultaneously. Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to different customer needs.
