Summary: Marketing Executive This role will be supporting the Marketing team prepare, plan and implement marketing activities across the brand and on site at properties. The Marketing Executive will directly support the Social, Engagement & Content Manager and PR Manager through various areas of work including but limited to: Managing Marketing email inbox, being a voice of the marketing team and liaising with the relevant marketing team members where appropriate. Project planning support, providing internal comms, and assisting on site activities. Assisting reporting, data collection, and admin assistance. Assisting at events, photoshoots, interviews and off-site meetings and collaborations. Responsible for management of all brand content, copy and collateral across our Brand Assets and company database. The Marketing Executive will become the first contact for internal marketing requests and manage the responses and process to action these. They will be flexible in their ways of working as the role will require attendance at evenings and weekends when required to support the above activations. The successful Marketing Executive will demonstrate A degree or similar education in Marketing, Business or a related field, or an equivalent of prior working experience in a similar role. Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. An understanding or keen interest in Sales and Marketing processes and best practices. A creative flair to develop new ideas and the confidence to bring them forward. Adaptability and flexibility to work on multiple projects and timeframes. Ability to work independently or in a team, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
