Mott Macdonald Bentley (MMB) are looking to recruit a Programme Director.
What will you be doing as our new Programme Director?
The Programme Director will lead and manage delivery of the SPA pipeline and associated infrastructure, with accountability for the enabling, design, delivery teams delivering to the required time, cost and quality parameters to ensure water security for the South of the Anglian Water region.
The Programme Director will be a leader who can inspire confidence from the SPA team, Anglian Water, SPA Partners and all other stakeholders.
The Programme Director will be an exemplar in application of the Anglian Water Values, driving collaboration across the Alliance and promoting / enabling Alliancing behaviours.
Sharing best practice, the Programme Director will work closely with the current Deputy Programme Director and Programme Area Managers (PAMs) to lead and support delivery areas and drive efficiency of programme.
Qualifications & Experience….
Essential;
Senior leader with previous experience of large complex infrastructure projects, ideally within the water sector to deliver SPAs customer and investor outcomes
Experience of providing a clear vision and strategy for delivery and be able to communicate this both to their teams and wider internal and external stakeholders
Skilled in the leadership and development of large collaborative teams (including the supply chain) to meet overall project objectives.
Excellent ‘hands-on’ organisational skills and ability to be decisive and provide clear direction, clarity and judgement when situations or information is complex to meet the overall project objectives
Relentless focus and leadership of safety, environmental and quality processes.
A commercially focused and astute individual who ensures that project control, programme, cost risk and change processes are in place and regularly reviewed
