We are recruiting for an exciting new Customer Service role with Honda Financial Services, who are seeking an experienced customer service agent who can provide an excellent level of service to their customers. The successful candidate will ensure the department meets its service levels on phone calls, banking of manual payments, checking of finance documentation and response times in emails/letters. This is the perfect role for a graduate or a returner to work who has solid customer service experience and can commit to a 3 month rolling contract. This role requires the flexibility to work a shift pattern of 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00, and 10:00-18:00 and one weekend in 4. Qualifications, skills and experience required/desirable: Previous experience working in a customer service environment. Great communicator with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
