We are currently recruiting for our client based in the Dagenham area for a Sales Administration Manager. You will be required to manage the administration in a busy, growing sales office. Whilst this is not a sales role in itself, you must have experience in a similar environment.
This is a fast paced role where attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
Duties:
* Supervise and support the administrative team
* Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
* Lead an established administration team in completing sales orders / sales processing and other administration activities.
* Manage office supplies and equipment
* Oversee scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management as required.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative activities.
* Address any administrative issues or challenges promptly, providing solutions as necessary.
* Foster a welcoming and productive office environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
