Protocol Education is excited to present an amazing opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and vibrant primary school in Harlow. This is a full-time, long-term role, and we’re looking for someone to start immediately!
What You’ll Be Doing
As an HLTA, you’ll be a vital part of the school’s team, supporting both pupils and staff by:
* Delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
* Supporting learning activities across all primary age groups.
* Providing tailored interventions to help pupils shine academically and socially.
* Assisting with classroom preparation, management, and pupil assessments.
* Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* ✅ Hold a HLTA qualification or have relevant experience working as an HLTA in a primary setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
