More about your role Working independently, you will provide an efficient cleaning service throughout designated internal communal areas ensuring Health and Safety and group policy and procedures are adhered to. Our primary aim is to ensure our communities and working environments are maintained to the highest standard therefore when it occurs, we will ask you to remove graffiti and report problems. We do our best to develop our employees and therefore we may need you to undertake training when requested. This is a part time role. You will be required to work 16 hours per week over 7 days by negotiation as weekend working could possibly be a regular occurrence. More about you To be considered for this role you should have a strong cleaning background with a good working knowledge of estate management issues. As you will work independently, we need you to have strong organisation skills and the ability to plan your workload. To keep you and the rest of our employees, customers and other visitors safe we need you to have knowledge of COSHH regulations relating to the safe use of chemicals in the public domain.
