Salary: £64,000 per annum.

Calico Homes is our housing provider. With around 5,000 homes in Lancashire, we provide quality accommodation for families, individuals, and older people, plus supported housing for people with specialist needs and in the most challenging situations. Calico Homes works closely with other Group companies and partners to provide a customer offer that goes much further than providing a home.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated leader to join our Homes Senior Leadership Team as Head of Neighbourhoods. In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead on neighbourhoods, Community Safety, Clean and Green, Income Management, and Tenancy Sustainment, delivering high-quality, customer-focused services that offer value for money. You’ll oversee risk, budget, and performance management, ensuring the customer voice is at the heart of everything we do to achieve positive outcomes.
Working collaboratively to deliver the vision and strategic objectives set by the Calico Homes Board, you’ll own and drive workstreams that support transformational change, ensuring timely delivery while engaging and supporting colleagues through the process. With a passion for improving the customer experience and a proven background in leadership, housing management, and delivering change, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our mission to provide exceptional social housing services.

Qualifications
- A level 4 housing qualification or willingness to work towards within 2 years.
Experience
1. Extensive experience in delivering excellent housing management service to customers.
2. Proven leadership and management skills within a social housing environment.
3. Skilled in converting strategic goals into actionable plans and managing their delivery, evaluation, and improvement.
4. Experience in motivating and developing a high-performance culture that achieves improved outcomes.
5. Able to effectively drive transformation activity and embed positive change.
Skills & Knowledge
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to operate at pace and be adaptable to changing priorities in a result-driven environment.
3. Highly motivated and passionate, with a readiness to engage both strategically and operationally.
4. Leads by example, with integrity, and exercising good judgment.
5. Resilient and adaptable, able to manage change effectively.
6. Good knowledge of housing legislation, best practices, and how to apply it.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
