Provide friendly and professional face-to-face support at the front desk. Be an essential part of a team of five receptionists, helping our patients feel welcome and cared for. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has customer service/patient experience and has the following attributes: Excellent communication and people skills. A team player with a positive and proactive attitude. Confidence in working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a polite, confidential and discreet manner, respecting patients and colleagues at all times. Experience of working with the general public, being sensitive and empathic in distressing situations. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong IT and administration skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous medical or healthcare receptionist experience is desirable. Some flexibility is required, as you will sometimes need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues. About Us Swanwood Partnership is in the centre of Wickford - we are located close to the local shops. We look after around 7,000 patients as well as being a training practice. Staff are very sociable and often organise out of work evenings and get togethers.
