Job Description:
Document Administrator required for a temporary 3-month contract in Weston, full-time role position working 37 hours per week.
* £13.49 an hour
* 37 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)
* Expected start date 3rd March 2025 - Interviews W/C 17th Feb 2025.
About the role
* Main duties will include supporting the team with a scanning project to reduce the number of documents held. The successful candidate will need to be prepared to scan a lot of documents of varying size and shapes. Will also include sorting through the boxes to identify documents required for shredding.
Skills and Experience Required
* Be used to lone working.
* Have great attention to detail and accuracy.
* Be organised and methodical.
* Have a good working knowledge of SharePoint, Adobe and Microsoft 365 applications.
* Must be happy to carry out manual handling of boxes and shredding sacks.
