About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to contribute to achieving the appropriate commercial result through the provision of accurate financial reporting. You will provide effective contractual control on all allocated contracts, whilst undertaking costing activities, measuring completed works for allocated sections of the project, for interim and final accounts. Ideally, you will have experience working on two-stage projects and managing your own projects individually in the main contracting market on schemes between £5 and £40 million.
About You
As an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have a good understanding of construction techniques and a BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or another equivalent commercially related subject, and/or RICS Membership.
You should have strong knowledge of management systems including Commercial and Financial. You’ll ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence schemes between £10 and £30 million and will have managed quantity surveyors on large contracts.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
