Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work as part of a team to ensure key deliverables are met including the timely processing of bespoke payments and all associated reporting. You will: - Be responsible for processing payments including upfront payments, advance finance commissions, performance bonuses and scheduled contract payments, IAT payments and tax payments - Carry out daily reporting - Actively work with internal stakeholders to ensure payments lists remain current - Collaborate within the finance team to ensure the accuracy of incentive accruals - Process manual payments requested by Accounting Operations team, obtaining relevant signatory authorisations and recording in the register Who we are looking for If you’re an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company. To be successful as our Finance Assistant you will have studied mathematics to a minimum of A Level (or equivalent) standard. You’ll demonstrate a high degree of accuracy within your work and be able to manage you time effectively.
