Scope and Duties
Due to continued growth and expansion, Mowden Controls Ltd have an exciting opportunity for people to join their friendly and dynamic team. We have an immediate vacancy for an Operative in our Surface Mount department, for the right person to join our team. If you have what we are looking for, then we would love to hear from you. This position reports to the Production Manager.

What will you be doing
• Maintain accurate component stock levels for the surface mount department
• Preparing electronic components for the assembly line.
• Counting and re-stocking items following order processing.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are always maintained within your area
• Using the Company’s programmed software and equipment to ensure traceability of orders.
• Support other team members with duties to promote an efficient department.
Knowledge, training and experience required
• Experience working within an electronics manufacturing environment would be desirable
• Experience working in a stock control environment would be advantageous
• An ability to learn through on the job training is essential
• Good IT skills and aptitude
The position is full time and permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week.
Competitive pay of £12.50 - £13.50 depending on experience.
