The Role: We have a vacancy for a motivated team player to join our company as a clinic administrator based in our office in Greenbottom, near Truro in Cornwall. The successful candidate will work with the Steeper Orthotic clinical team and with the two other administrators in the office. Responsibilities: Prepare clinic boxes to go to clinic and send them out via the NHS Courier Service. We run clinics from 18 locations, so they need to be sent out daily to various locations ensuring they arrive in clinic on time. Check incoming goods from Leeds via UPS which will need to be checked by two people daily. Close off referrals and orders, if for collection Add referrals onto Meditech and arrange appointments for patients. Responsible for ordering any items that are running low. Import orders from the day before ensuring the correct referral is attached when importing. Supporting the Administration Manager with general tasks to ensure the efficient day to day running of the department. You will need, be familiar with PC based office IT and have ideally have experience in invoicing and reporting, although full training will be given.
