Due to growth & expansion withinthe Wellbeing & Emotional Support Teams (WEST) as team we are now seeking apermanent fulltime administrator to join this fantastic service as we prepareto expand our service further.
The WEST team are a forwardthinking, supportive & hardworking team that is continuously expanding anddeveloping as individuals and a service. We provide high quality evidence-basedinterventions to Children & Young People in Schools.
We are seeking to appoint an administratorto work in Herefordshire, alongside colleagues based in Worcestershire. The teamis very supportive of each other and encourages a sharing & learningculture, which makes the environment in WEST a great place to work.

Main duties of the job
We are anexpanding service and at times the role can be busy. You will be deliveringvaluable support to the WEST teams, based across Hereford and SouthWorcestershire. There may be some crosslocality working thus flexibility is required.
A key partof your role will be answering emails & phone calls from parents and/orschools in a confidential & sensitive manner as well supporting clinicianswith the allocation & organisation of appointments.
You willprovide a full range of administrative support to the whole team which includestyping, taking notes at team meetings as well as inputting patient informationon our Electronic Patient Record Systems.
A goodworking knowledge of Excel is essential as well as knowledge of a range of administrativeprocedures, including Microsoft Word applications. You must have excellent communication,prioritisation & organisational skills as well putting CYPF best interestsat the centre of everything you do.

Job responsibilities
As part of this role you willundertake clinical record keeping; ensure that all case records are maintainedaccurately, legibly and contemporaneously and that all information acquired inthe course of carrying out their duties is treated in the strictest confidencebut is shared with all professional colleagues, in line with informationsharing policy/protocol.
Undertakeadministration/secretarial duties that are specific to the role.
Undertakegeneral office duties, as required, typing, data inputting, filing,scanning/copying
Provide administrativesupport to the team/service meetings, including the preparation anddistribution of agendas and papers.
Support clinicianswith preparing and sending out clinical documentation such as letters.
Arrange,confirm appointments and meetings, making appropriate arrangements hospitality, booking venues, equipment etc
Answer/deal with telephone enquiries.
Responding & redirecting emails sent tothe teams generic email account
